Position: MicroStrategy Developer with Strong Tableau:

Location: Boston, MA or Remote.

Type: Full time position.

JOB DUTIES:

  • 7+ years of experience developing enterprise BI solutions
  • 4+ years focus as a MicroStrategy developer
  • 4+ years working extensively on new Tableau reports
  • Strong SQL development skills
  • Expertise in dashboard and data visualization creation, best practices and design principles

Position: PeopleSoft Functional Lead:

Location: Boston, MA

Job Duties:

  • Configure, Design, support development of enhancements to Peoplesoft HCM application.
  • Stay abreast of the new releases of Images, tax updates and patches.
  • Present new features delivered to the project governance board.
  • Independently work on tasks end to end, take ownership from Design to Production migration including communication to various teams
  • Handle all customer requests promptly within the organization’s SLA.
  • Ensure that products conform to Section 508 Accessibility requirements.
  • Provide support to Business analysts in production support or new functionality fit-gap sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal/external teams to ensure development, configuration and implementation is consistent with user specifications and perform follow-up as required.
  • Advise Management on administrative and operating problems pertaining to system administration and management.
  • Participate in all phases of application test scripting and testing.
  • Provide best practice and approach to implementing new functionality.
  • Ensure that the scheduled migrations are accurate and timely.
  • Train the FTE Staff in the new features

Qualifications:

  • Required 7+ years of Experience in Peoplesoft HCM Implementations
  • Required 4+ years of leading business fit-gap session and requirements development.
  • Expert in providing demos of new features and functionality.
  • Expert in operationalizing the new features and work with developers in automation
  • Extend training of the changes to the existing or new functionality to FTE Staff
  • Possess excellent communication and documentation skills
